SCHOOL REGULATION

1. Students are expected to demonstrate an increasing self discipline and to exercise the freedom given to them with responsibility. They should treat all members of the adults with respect and politeness. They should show gentleness and courtesy to their companions, refinements of manners, uprightness and self restraint should be a characteristic of every student of the school. Good manners and polite behavior is part of education.


2. When the bell is rung, students must go to their respective class-rooms in a line. The class rooms must be neat and tidy and looked after by the class monitor. Silence is to be strictly observed during class hours and during the time when teachers leave and enter the classroom or when going from one class to another. During the absence of a teacher, students must obey the monitor of the class. Those who have been absent and those who came late must show the teacher their Regularity Record duly countersigned by the Principal/vice-Principal of discipline.


3. A teaching atmosphere is necessary for good teaching. So no outsider is allowed to visit the classrooms or the teachers without proper permission.


4. Students are responsible for their belonging. All the belongings must be marked clearly with their names.


5. Any damage to school property must be remedied at the cost of the person responsible for the damage.


6. Students are strictly forbidden to bring Mobile phones, watches and costly jewelry.


7. Any complaints or suggestion regarding pedagogy, Curriculum etc, should be made to the teacher concerned or to the Principal in writing.


8. The school year is from April to March.


9. School hours are from 8.15 am to 2 p.m


10. Every pupil must bring the school diary to the school daily


11. Pupils must be present on the re-opening &closing day of the each term


12. Identity card will be issued to each student, production of the same by the parent /guardian accompanist should be a must while taking charge of the student after the school.


13. Change of Address /phone number must be immediately notified to the school office.


14. . No teacher of the school will undertake any tuition without the permission of the headmistress/principal. If the child needs a special attention in a particular subject, the parents ask for assistance from our teachers with the consent of the principal during the school hour.


15. Attendance and punctuality are a must.


16. In order to maintain uniformity in the school all the students are requested to come to school in full uniform. Uniform should be neat and tidy. No fancy hairstyle will be allowed either for the boys or the girls. All boys must have their hair trimmed above their collars. Use of mehendi/nail polish and keeping long nails is not permitted


17. Children who are going by private car or rickshaws are requested to submit the name of the child. Class, name of the driver and number of the vehicle, in the school office.
